4. AI Coach (Free & Pro)

SecondAct SG offers AI-powered coaching tools (“AI Coach”) at coach.secondactsg.com (Free Coach) and pro.secondactsg.com (Pro Coach). By using the AI Coach, you acknowledge and agree that:

What the AI Coach is:

  • The AI Coach is a conversational tool powered by Anthropic’s Claude, designed to help you explore questions about life design, career transitions, and planning.
  • It is a supplementary tool — not a replacement for professional coaching, therapy, counselling, financial advice, legal advice, or medical advice.

Limitations you should be aware of:

  • AI-generated responses may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific situation.
  • The AI Coach does not have memory between sessions unless you manually upload a previous conversation.
  • We do not guarantee any specific outcomes from using the AI Coach.
  • The AI Coach is not equipped to handle mental health crises. If you are in distress, please reach out to a professional helpline or trusted person.

Your privacy:

  • Conversations are processed in real time via Anthropic’s API but are not stored on our servers.
  • Your conversation exists only in your browser. Closing the tab ends the session.
  • Downloaded conversation files are stored only on your own device.

Your responsibility:

  • You are responsible for any decisions you make based on your AI coaching sessions.
  • Do not enter sensitive personal information (e.g. NRIC numbers, passwords, financial account details) into the AI Coach.
  • You agree not to use the AI Coach to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content.
5. Pro Coach — Subscription Terms

Access to the Pro Coach is provided via Gumroad. By purchasing Pro Coach access:

  • Payment processing is handled entirely by Gumroad. SecondAct SG does not receive or store your payment details.
  • Refund and cancellation policies are governed by Gumroad’s terms of service.
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Pro Coach at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.
6. Downloadable Calculators & Planners

SecondAct SG provides downloadable Excel-based tools, including the Coast FI Calculator, Happiness Expenses Calculator, Dream Life Calculator, and Final Act Planner. By using these tools, you acknowledge that:

  • These tools are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, tax, or investment advice.
  • The outputs are illustrative estimates based on the assumptions and inputs you provide. Actual outcomes may differ.
  • All calculations happen locally on your device. No data from these tools is transmitted to or stored by SecondAct SG.
  • You should consult a qualified financial adviser before making significant financial decisions.
  • We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on calculator outputs.
7. Coaching Services

Our 1-on-1 coaching services are subject to a separate coaching agreement, which will be provided to you before we begin working together. By engaging our coaching services, you acknowledge that:

  • Coaching is not therapy, counselling, or medical advice
  • Coaching outcomes depend on your own effort, commitment, and circumstances
  • We do not guarantee specific results from coaching
  • You are responsible for any decisions you make based on your coaching sessions
